Ed Bootle

Ed Bootle is a qualified financial professional with more than two decades of experience in the financial services industry. He holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) designation and is a Fellow of CSI (FCSI), the most senior credential offered by the Canadian Securities Institute.

 

Throughout his career, Ed has held a variety of leadership and advisory roles, including District Vice-President of Sales with Fidelity Investments and Securities Planning Specialist with IG Wealth Management Inc. He has also worked as a stockbroker with a bank-owned firm and taught business courses at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology’s Shaw School of Business.

 

Ed holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and proudly served in the Canadian Armed Forces, where he received the Canadian Decoration (CD) in recognition of 12 years of service. His commitment to the military community continued as a founding board member of Valour Place, a charity supporting veterans, Canadian Armed Forces members and RCMP members, as well as their families.
